I have created a series of paintings on space and its mysteries. Every time I look up at night, I think I am too small in this vast and unknown universe. In this fast world, we some time forget to look around at day and as well at night. I think the painting will help us look life at a new perspective.

Sublime Galleria, -Inaugural Group Exhibition -4th Nov to 4th Dec, 2011.

Sublime Galleria is an initiative by the Prestige Group to promote art in India. It is India's first Suspended Art Gallery located between two of Bangalore's tallest standing structures, at The Collection - UB City.

With a by-line that states "Inspiring Awe", the Gallery aims to do just that right from the second you set foot into the premises, that's located on the 8th Floor of The Collection - UB City. With Bangalore's picturesque skyline as a backdrop and art works suspended, Sublime takes Art and the entire viewing experience to a complete different level.

Sublime Galleria is dedicated to the support and promotion of fine arts and performing arts. To this end it regularly organizes exclusive art pageants featuring the work of upcoming artists. These shows and exhibitions would be attended by the connoisseurs of art and buyers from Bangalore and offer budding artists a much needed platform to gain both visibility and commercial success.

Sublime would also conduct regular workshops in Art, Music and Theatre for children aimed at drawing out and nurturing their natural talents. Located in UB City, which is today the city's hotspot for Fashion, Luxury and Fine Art, Sublime Galleria provides the perfect setting for the city's art aficionados to indulge their passion as well as provide an ideal platform to upcoming artists to showcase their talents and, make their body of work accessible to the connoisseurs of art.

Sublime has varied artists, presenting a diverse palette of works, from oil paints, to coal tar, to photography and the modern, digital art. It is an opening, where the artists display expressions; be it for a cause, their love for nature and animals, or an expression of the self.

November 4th was the Official Launch of Sublime Galleria... On display will be a variety of art works that range from Contemporary to the new- age Digital Art, offering connoisseurs of art a grand space to indulge in their passion.


The Inaugural exhibition consists of a Group show of 12 Artist and 6 Photographers. I am honored to be one of the artists in the group show. My 3 paintings are displayed in the gallery and the exhibition will be from November 4 to December 4, 2011.

Most of the Temples and Church Towers are built for a purpose. When people visit a temple or a church or a Mosque, it is believed that the cosmic energy rays through the temple/church/mosque towers would energise the battered souls. I have depicted a human and the soul and the temple tower in this painting.

If we look at the Universe, there are so many unanswered questions, most of the facts and figures scientists put in their theory are their own views. Many a times very difficult to prove what they say. I believe that Universe is so big that if we go to the end of 13.8 billion light years, we should be able to see another 13.8 billion light years, just by sitting on a small planet earth, how could we say, every thing on this universe was created only in a Big Bang. May be if i learn more about Big Bang theory than i could comment more. For many years scientists been telling that any Gamma ray burst should end all life on earth. Just think how illusionary this life on this planet is. (Just think about the people who accumulate so much wealth by cheating others).
